You are able to contact me at either my home phone 715-265-4248 or cell number 715-781-3051 to schedule a date for your animal to be processed.
Once your animal is scheduled we can then take instructions for who is getting the animal and how they want it to be cut. (See order form section here)
PLEASE NOTE, FOR BOTH BEEF AND PORK PRODUCTS:
In addition to the beef and pork we offer a selection of retail items. These are mostly items for the grill or are ready to eat snack items. Hamburger, hamburger patties, smoked wieners, and bratwurst are available all the time. We also offer summer sausage, snack sticks, ring bologna, jerky and smoked bacon.
If you want to buy beef or pork go to the retail section.
My license does not at this time allow me to cut and wrap for you to sell from your own residence. If you choose to butcher your own animal it must be quartered if a beef or in halves if a hog. The meat carcass must be free of contamination of any kind for me to receive them.
